“Alpine Air has been handling my A/C and heating needs for at least 12 years now. When I purchased the home from the Owner/Builder, I had some heating issues as the home had a complicated radiant floor heating system that just didn’t perform as anticipated. Areas were warmer than set or colder along with other issues. I had another couple companies try to resolve the issues to no avail at great expense. They appeared to be lost when assessing the system. Alpine came in, assessed the issues, and resolved the problems as best as anyone could ask for. Whenever myself or my wife call for service on our system they make the appointment, are there on time, on the day asked for and have great communication throughout the process. They are neat, clean and always ask if there are any other items that need attention. I am in a construction/service type business myself and know the difficulties in pleasing the customer. They are not calling because everything is wonderful, they are calling because they have issues and want it resolved ASAP. It is difficult at best, especially in inclement weather and having availability 7 days a week all year round, to fulfill expectations.
